Exercise is an important part of your success; however, we also realize that not everyone has ability to exercise. We will discuss options and different ways to work around your situation. You will also learn what kind of exercise is best for you.

This is the part of the program where we celebrate. WE celebrate you and your results. The ladies that complete the program will have lower A1c’s, lower blood sugar numbers, a decrease in medication usage, lower weight on the scale, smaller dress sizes and energy that they haven't had in years.
